Biography for Antoni Gaudí's Beatification

To make it more of Gaudí, for what he said "St. Joseph will end thisTemple", the work of Gaudí biography has been completed on 19 March 2012. Also is a significant date in the history of the Basilica of the Sagrada Família, because it’s the 130 anniversary of the foundation, rather than force Gaudí get involved as architect and as a person. This biography, God willing, will be delivered to the Congregation for the Causes of Saints to be incorporated into the beatification of Antonio Gaudi, whose documentation is all in Spanish, one of the working languages of such Vatican institution. Why Antoni, and not Antonio or Anton? Youth colleagues told him Antonet, relatives told him Anton – uncle Anton, his nephews; and don Anton, workers of the Sagrada Família-, and he signed Antoni the texts in Catalan and, as with all Catalan the time, his name was translated in texts in another languages. In the case of the Spanish language, it was mandatory, at least then Spain did not recognize the names in Catalan. However, for the exhibition of his works in Paris, the architect, he may choose, wished that the catalogs included "Antoni Gaudi", and not "Antoine Gaudi" or "Antonio Gaudi". Therefore, the Association pro Beatification of Antoni Gaudí, when the process started twenty years ago, wanting to tune up with the will and the personality of the architect, chose rightly to beatify him as "Antoni Gaudi".
